Last Saturday, dancers from the ballet and performance companies got together for some food and fellowship before a full day of technique classes and rehearsals. The event kicked off The Parent Guild’s new mentoring program, “Mon Amies Petites,” which pairs high school dancers with younger company members. The goal of the program is to foster strong bonds among the dancers, and help young children connect with role models in their dance lives.

After a delicious pancake breakfast and an informational meeting, it was time for team-building games and a chance to have some fun! Check out these pics from the day, and stay tuned for upcoming community service events organized by our mentoring program. Special thanks to Andree Harding and Ebony Nebel for co-chairing this exciting new addition to Twin Cities School of Dance!
